Paula has created a safe and welcoming environment for her clients to train in.
After conducting an individual health and physical assessment and taking into consideration the client’s goals, Paula tailors a customised training program for each of her valued clients, ensuring exercises are undertaken safely with correct technique.
Each session is documented to ensure steady progression towards their ultimate goal.
Using a mixture of machines, dumbells, barbells, cables, TRX, Hypervibe, Swiss Ball and cardio equipment to provide a challenging, interesting and varied workout at each session.
One-on-one or Pairs training is available, 45 mins or 1 hour sessions.
Paula is passionate about helping her clients maintain muscle strength, bone strength, flexibility and core strength as they age so that they may lead healthy, functional lives for as long as possible!
